● Research, structure, lodge, and manage finance applications through to lodgement;
● Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity and servicing;
● Lender and policy analysis and negotiations to meet client outcomes;
● Read financial documents and consider appropriate structuring for the best outcome with
regards to Client’s scenario;
● Complex finance calculations, document/application preparation;
● Interpret complex financial documents for self-employed clients and entity structure such as
Company/Trust/SMSF clients and determine loan structures to achieve client outcomes;
● Finance application compilation – work in conjunction with clients and the loan administration
team to complete living expenses analysis, supporting document collation, application
preparation and lodgement;
● Liaise with clients throughout the loan application process;
● Liaise with lenders and their business development managers throughout the application
process where required.
