INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA hosted by Harman Foundation, The Art of Living and Sri Om Care. Please join us in a day of free yoga events to celebrate the international day of yoga!

SCHEDULE

Seated yoga (on chairs): 9:45am – 10:20am A talk by nutritionist, Suma Kumar on winter nourishment: 10:30am – 11:15am
Hatha Yoga: 11:30am – 12:30pm
Kids yoga (for ages 8 – 17): 2:30pm – 3:30pm

Please bring your OWN yoga mat as they will not be provided.
