Come to one or all, on Tuesday evenings 7:30-8:30pm
Beginners and advanced meditators welcome.
Learn techniques to improve your focus, ability to relax and enjoy spiritual community.
Taught by Rabbi Dr. Orna Triguboff plus guest musicians.

The session will include meditation and learning a short kabbalistic text.
