About Us

Raynal Kapadia, the founding Principal of Kapadia and Gordon Lawyers holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction majoring in Accounting. Raynal graduated in the top 2% of law graduates, and was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Merit List award, the best student in Corporate Law, International Commercial Law, and Personal Injury and Compensation schemes in University.

Raynal Kapadia has a broad experience in numerous areas of law allowing him to give comprehensive advice in respect of almost any legal issue a client may face. In particular Raynal has experience with property law, family law, wills and estates, building and construction, insolvency, bankruptcy, civil litigation and commercial litigation.

In the course of Raynal’s experience he has obtained successful outcomes for clients against entities such as Dulux Group, Orient Overseas Container Line, ANL group, and  QBE insurance among others.

Raynal understands that the law can be very challenging for clients emotionally and financially, and will always provide support at all stages in the legal process.  Raynal also offers affordable fixed fee transparent pricing in most matters to provide clients with certainty in their legal dealings.

Raynal has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria, and the High Court of Australia. Raynal can represent clients in the Magistrates Court, County Court, Supreme Court, VCAT and the Family Court.
