Leather Outreach Event in Melbourne, 6th August 2017

Melbourne Cow Save are holding a Leather Outreach Event in Bourke Street Mall on Saturday August 5th at 12pm and we’d really love you to come along and help educate the public on the truth about leather.

We will set up similar to our Easter and Valentine’s Day events and depending on numbers, we may move to a different area in Bourke Street Mall so please check back here closer to August 5th for an update of where we will be standing 🙂

We would love for everyone to wear something that looks like leather (but obviously isn’t!)…..shoes, jacket, bag, if you have anything that is synthetic/vegan leather, that would be great.
Strictly no “real leather” at this event.

We need some activists to hold signs, some to distribute leaflets and some to do Outreach if people stop and ask for more information.

We will have a table with lots of information for passerbys and a list of places in Melbourne and online that they can buy Vegan Leather Alternatives.
