Get your community vibe on by sharing in a delicious vego meal, loosen up tight muscles in our Hatha Yoga class & experience the most powerful practice of Mantra Meditation with us on the last Tuesday of the month at our Lifestyle Evening!!!

Make a real evening of it by coming along for everything, or drop in for part of it. No experience required, everything is provided and we’re looking forward to seeing you!

6 – 7pm Hatha Yoga & Relaxation ~ $14 causal, $12 Concession
7pm – 7.30pm A delicious, healthy vegetarian & vegan dinner ~ Free
7.30pm – 8.30pm Sacred Sounds Yoga Chant with special guest Kirtan Meditation Leaders! ~ Free (Sublime..oh yeah!)

Nundah Community Centre, 14 Station Street, Nundah will be the place to be.
