Manal Garcia Fitness

Manal has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry including presenting at Fitness Conventions, writing articles for Fitness Magazines and appearing in Fitness Publications. She has been running her outdoor training business in the Inner West for over 12 years. She caters and varies her group classes for all fitness levels: mums and bubs, corporate clients , athletes and children. She has private sessions and small group sessions with a focus on functional fitness for everyday life.
Manal is herself a competitive runner with 2 marathons (42.2km's), over 30 half marathons (21.1km's), and countless 10 & 5 km races under her belt. She represents Sydney's 'Sydney Striders' road racing club nationally.
