Dhaval R Mandan is a Solicitor and works across the firm’s Migration, Criminal and Administrative law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Dhaval managed his private practice for 7 years focusing on Australian Migration Law.

Dhaval also deals with criminal matters involving migration for example, visa cancellations and deportations on criminal grounds. Dhaval works on cases that are complex in nature and he can competently represent you in every Tribunal and Court dealing with migration matters including the High Court, the Federal Court, and the Federal Circuit Court.
