Suresh Takyar is a Diploma trained Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist who has been practicing for over 49 years. He has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a large variety of injuries and medical conditions, helping his patients to restore their health. Initially he worked in acute and rehabilitation departments in addition to teaching and mentoring physiotherapy and occupational therapy students and staff. Over the last 35 years he has been working in private practice in Melbourne. Suresh uses the following techniques: hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, stress relief relaxation techniques, splints and taping, and yoga therapy. Suresh is keen to motivate other people to maintain and improve mental and physical fitness. He enjoys yoga and meditates regularly which provides him with tremendous energy to help others.
