Learn the traditional practices of yoga practices with an expert teacher. Swami Mukti has been teaching since 1978 in Australia and abroad. She has a unique depth of yogic knowledge and enjoys conveying this to the modern person. A typical group class consists of gentle yoga movements, breathing and relaxation meditation. Class is 12 people. This style of yoga is suitable for all ages and all levels.

Swami Mukti is available for individual consultation should you desire a specific home practice, or have life issues to be approached yoga psycho management. If you are interested in Kriya Yoga meditation or other yoga meditation practices Swami Mukti is well qualified to instruct and assist you in this process.
