Originally introduced as part of our patient treatment programs in 2009 with just one or two classes per week, we now run daily Yoga classes that are open to all.
Our approach to Yoga is from a therapeutic perspective, with recognition of the far-reaching healing potential of Yoga across a wide range of health issues. Yoga can also preserve good health of mind, body and spirit.
We are able to offer Yoga to absolute beginners through to more experienced Yoga practitioners. People with limited mobility are not excluded from participating in Yoga and private classes are available. Anyone interested in learning about the Yoga approach to health and happiness is welcome to call and speak to us or attend our classes.
