We offer a range of Physiotherapy services and provide hands on Physiotherapy techniques. Including manual therapy, remedial massage, exercise based rehabilitation and pain relieving treatments such as electrotherapy. We believe in the patient centred approach. We treat each patient as a unique individual and aim to achieve your goals as efficiently as possible. We will aim to provide you with the best outcomes in the shortest time frame possible.

Communication is key to our treatment sessions. We keep you informed and provide you with a one on one hands on treatment throughout your sessions. We also liaise with your GP and provide them with a detailed report. If we feel your treatment is not progressing, we will not hesitate to refer you onto the correct health professional.

Having worked in both private and public health sectors, Ajit has detailed understanding of Orthopedic and surgical fields. As a past Physiotherapist of busy private practices, Ajit has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Ajit’s special interest lies in lower back pain and spinal mechanics. So if you have spinal related pain, Ajit is your go to man. Ajit is also a clinical supervisor for University of Sydney and Australian Catholic University Physiotherapy students.
