Dr Pratima has worked as a GP for many years both in Australia and overseas. Her interests include women’s health, chronic disease (diabetes in particular), preventative health care, child health and mental health conditions like anxiety and depression. She has called Ballarat home for over seven years and intends to stay here for many years to come. Dr Pratima is a fellow of the Royal College of GPs and has additional qualifications in women’s health, including MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and a Diploma of RANZCOG. Dr Pratima can help you with general health, pregnancy shared care, contraception implants, hormonal IUDs, kids health and chronic disease management. When she is not working she loves to spend time in the garden, cook with her kids and experiment with dishes from around the world. She also loves travelling and learning about different cultures. Dr Pratima is available for appointments at the Bridge Mall practice on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
