I have been in the Architectural industry for almost 9 years and specialise in residential design and documentation, including Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates.

I have designed and project managed plans to numerous Council's including, ground and first floor alterations and additions, granny flats, new houses and dual occupancies.

Simply, I have and can provide everything architectural including BASIX Certificate, Statement of Environmental Effects, Demolition Work Plan, Shadow Diagrams and Waste Management Plans.

I have also some experience documenting commercial projects.

I believe listening is important, and I have a great eye for detail. I use state of the art software and can present designs in 3D, which provides great value for money.

I have a day job, but I'm available weeknights, but also weekends if required.
