Established in 2015, Primecare Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio is the culmination of the experience, knowledge and practice of Rustam and Saloni – between them having 20 years of experience.

After having successfully worked across various physiotherapy practices in Adelaide SA, since graduating from The University of South Australia with a Master’s in Orthopaedics, Sports and Manual Physiotherapy, both Rustam and Saloni decided to open their own brand of physiotherapy care to cater to the community in Adelaide, with our first clinic operational at Clarence Gardens.

At Primecare Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio, our objective is to correctly identify the problem areas of our clients and work with them towards rectifying it. From a simple muscular strain to more complex post operative rehabilitation, all our treatments are based on the experience of our physiotherapists and a scientific approach to bring our clients to a pain free point.

Clients can be assured of the latest medical treatments with up-to-date equipment at our practice. We believe in a positive and collaborative approach with our clients, and our staff takes this into consideration while prescribing a particular method of treatment for each client.
