Puneet Singh Psychology

Dr Puneet Singh is a qualified Clinical Psychologist. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology, and has a PhD and Masters in Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. Puneet has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a particular interest in anxiety and has received specialist training in this area from the Emotional Health Clinic (previously known as Macquarie University Anxiety Research Unit). Puneet provides assessment and treatment for a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, school or work stress, interpersonal difficulties, anger management, behavioural problems, life adjustment difficulties, grief and loss, and trauma. She uses several evidence based therapies with her main therapeutic approach being Cognitive Behavioural Therapy alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy.
