Deep breathing and repetition stimulate cascades of molecules that light up every fibre of your being.

Yoga practice is designed to help you cultivate, embody and maintain a sense of blissful equanimity and connection. Asana and chanting stimulate neural circuits that radiate throughout your body, spreading their gospel of joy and delight.

This vinyasa practice will pulse to the accompaniment of live music, and be punctuated by the inspiring poetry of the Radiance Sutras.

It’s a moving meditation on the breath, flowing from surya namaskar to standing poses, deep forward folds, twists and exultant backbends. We invite you to sing the body electric and breathe the body of bliss!

Dearbhla Kelly, M.A., has taught in a wide variety of forums, from teacher trainings, to festivals and conferences and has also taught yoga to prisoners, war veterans with PTSD and children with severe physical disabilities.

Her teaching style is accented by her warmth and keen intelligence combined with dynamic sequencing and attention to breath.

A dedicated ashtanga practitioner, her lilting Irish accent and Dublin wit make her classes uniquely enjoyable and her generous hands-on assists speak to the depth of her own practice.

Dave Stringer is a Grammy-nominated producer, singer, composer, writer, and teacher who has been widely profiled as one of the most innovative artists of the modern Yoga movement.

His work engages the traditions of yoga philosophy, chanting, and meditation with the language and methods of neuroscience, translating them into modern participatory theatre, open to a multiplicity of interpretations and accessible to all.
