Scott CuppensConstruction Manager

Over the past 20 years he has operated and managed his own Concreting company, running 20+ employees and carrying out works for many major builders, Henley, Burbank, Porter Davis, Hermitage, and many others, as well as some boutique and bespoke work.

It is not unusual for Scott to meet with Architects, Engineers and draftspersons in order to provide advice and guidance for the best practical methods of construction, to assist them in their final design works.

Lorenzo Maimone

Sales and Marketing

Lorenzo is a Licenced Sub-Agent, who began working in Commercial and Residential Real Estate in 1995 and then transitioned in the Residential Construction Industry from 1997 onwards.

He draws from his experience in working for some of Victoria’s leading Building companies, before starting his own business in 2004.

Using innovative and creative techniques, he has successfully marketed and sold over 1,500 homes; operated as an award winning display home builder, as well as undertaking design and development of his own personal projects.

Rob Mitrevski

Operations Manager

Rob has extensive experience in the construction of residential homes having worked for both Henley and Burbank Builders, as well as owning and managing his own residential construction business.

Robert’s skills lay predominately in the area of trade negotiations, project management, as well as construction management and have kept him at the forefront of successful product delivery.

He is highly regarded by his peers and recognised for his unwavering dedication to deliver the best quality product on time and within budget.

To date Robert has built over 900 homes for various residential clients.
