Shanthi Bhavana teaches in the Krishnamacharya and Patanjali tradition of Classical Yoga, specialising in restorative yoga - bringing rejuvenation to the body and mind - and offering weekly classes and private sessions to help students and clients to gain or maintain flexibility and a wide range of movement. Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga are gentle yoga practices based on traditional Classical Hatha Yoga as taught for thousands of years in India.
