As a trained and certified Counsellor, our current environment has shown me the negative impact of isolation, ongoing work issues, relationship conflict and not seeking help until it’s too late until issues can no longer be ignored can cause more long-term harm.

I offer an intensive range of services that include parenting, self-esteem and self-development, weightloss and body image, stress management, grief and loss, just to name a few of the services I treat.
