I have a space available suitable for food van business. 

Locate on a Boundary road Laverton North, very busy traffic. Ideally for coffee cart, breakfast, sandwiches, Kebab etc. 

the space rental is $2500/month (no water, electricity provided but it can be charged extra if needed) 

need 3 months bond and 1 month rent in advance, no other out-goings
