Powerful crystal singing bowl sound baths to put your whole body at ease.

Mesmerizing music that vibrates at the same frequency of the body, is a joy to listen to and a useful tool for grounding ourselves in an ever-busy world.

I use seven crystal singing bowls in each meditation session, each with a unique frequency that vibrates in correspondence with each of the seven chakras located throughout the body. The pure sonic waves that ring from the bowls wake up our bodies ability to hear and feel. This invokes a deep state of relaxation which naturally assists in entering into meditation and a place of self healing.

Mark brings a modern approach to meditative singing bowl sessions. His music vibrates with the same energy already vibrating within our bodies and has the power to dull surrounding distractions. Mark thrives amongst nature and his music takes great inspiration from the energies of the natural world around him.
