Dear Ashok,
I am Amogh Mogre living in Melbourne for over 7 years. I came here in 2005 for my masters in water and environmental engineering.
Back in India, I had been training in Tabla since childhood first at a local tabla school and then at Sangeet Mahabharati Institute founded and run by Pandit Nikhil Ghosh where I completed the diploma course in Tabla.
I now have also started playing another percussion instrument – Mrudang. At the hare krsna temple in Melbourne.
I would like to make use of this knowledge and interest. I find that your school is very sincerely and seriously into the promoting awareness and teaching the tabla in Australia.
I would like to be a part of your faculty team in giving tabla lessons as per your system or approach.
It would be nice to meet up with you or any of your faculty .
