Candidates must have superior experiencein working on Tandoori and creating Tandoori dishes.

Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated north Indian culinaryexpertise

Plans, co-ordinates andsupervises all menu implementations in a timely manner with proper recipes.

Should have passion,determination, and ability to work productively with other team members.

To follow up with the kitchenstewarding department about the proper cleaning in kitchen and respectiveareas.

Must have working rights withinAustralia.
