Dive deep into the darkness and explore the magical liminal time of All Hallow’s Eve. A yoga and musical journey with immaculate tunes that only emerge once every year. This special Halloween-inspired session will feature vinyasa flow yoga guided by Angel Singmin, to a soundtrack of cutting edge electronica curated by producer and DJ, SOLON.

Although they have a fanatical following near their Eastern Suburbs base, this is their first trip back to Qi in several years. Let’s make sure they come again soon!

The Future Sound of Yoga – BIO
The Future Sound of Yoga is the creation of Angel and Matt Singmin – two music passionate yogis that met by chance in the dance tent at Glastonbury Festival while watching the Chemical Brothers.

The project was born on 15 Jan 2010 when they ran an experimental yoga/dance session in Sydney, which fused together their shared passion for movement and cutting edge music. The experience struck a chord with yoga and music lovers alike, providing an alternative night out experience where people could hear great music, move and self-express.

Over the past 8 years, they have toured extensively around Australia, performing at both music festivals (Peats Ridge, Playground Weekender, Splendour in the Grass) and the major yoga festivals (Byron Spirit, Bodhi, the Phoenix Weekend, Wanderlust, Bondi Yoga Festival).

On the international stage, they have been featured at the Bali Spirit Festival, the Hawaii Spirit Festival and the Hong Kong Asia Yoga Conference, as well as in London where they held a weekly Saturday night residency at the Life Centre in the summer of 2011. Today they continue to be based in Sydney running regular events in the city.

Matt (under the artist name SOLON) has also released a number of yoga mixes and ambient compositions specifically designed for yoga/meditation. His tracks and mixes have been streamed over 100,000 times across 56 countries around the world.
