This experience helped Dr.Pradeep refine his ability to identify ailments and provide effective and appropriate remedies.

Dr. Pradeep received special additional training (after 6 years of full time university degree in Ayurveda B.A.M.S.) in Yoga, Breathing Exercises (Pranayama), Panchakarma (Detoxification and rejuvenation therapy) and Ayurvedic medicine from Patanjali Yoga and Ayurveda Centre (Indias most renowned yoga and Ayurveda centre).

Ayurveda recognises that everyone has their own unique constitution which requires individual diet, health and lifestyle practices. According to Ayurveda there are three distinct doshas or body energies; Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Most of us have all three in varying amounts usually with one or two predominating.

To assess your state of health, different diagnostic techniques such as Pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, eye diagnosis, face, lips and nails examination will be used. Based on the findings you will be given a particular regimen to follow, which may involve Ayurvedic medicines, diet, Yoga exercise, breathing techniques and other self-care practices. If necessary, some sort of detoxification programs will be advised, like panchakarma, followed by a program for rebuilding the bodys strength and immunity.

(Duration- Initial consultation 60 minutes, Fullow up consultation 30 minutes, massage- 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 Hours. Charges- $55 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes, $130 for 90 minutes, $170 for 2 Hours. Sirodhara- $110)
