Qualifications offered

VICAT offers the following accredited and nationally recognised qualification to local and overseas students

• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) 52 Weeks
• Certificate 1V in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) 78 Weeks
• Diploma of Hospatality 102 Weeks

A specific training program which provides all three qualifications listed above is available. Students enrolling for all the three qualifications will do so at the same cost as the Diploma program. No additional fee is charged for additional units.

The Institute has arrangements for work based training with some of the best Food and Beverage establishments in Melbourne
