Vinyasa + Vino 1-Day Retreat in Melbourne, 28th July 2017

Vinyasa + Vino go perfectly hand in hand so we have paired them into a “full bodied” 1-day yoga experience at the stunning Polperro Winery and Hot Hut Yoga studio in Red Hill.

This total body “wine-down” experience is an opportunity to feel good and relax in the company of friends.

Includes: 2-hour dynamic / restorative yoga class with Dustin, wine tasting at Polperro wine cellar, 3-course yogic lunch at the winery and take home organic produce from Polperro Farm.
