have a special day coming up and want to create the perfect event to celebrate? I’m nita, freelance event planner and decorator . Born in Kenya and raised (mostly) in Australia , I have always loved events - both organising and attending. With experience in wedding coordination, community events, hens parties, baby showers, kids and adults birthdays, sports and holiday activities, festivals, gallery openings and cultural exchanges, to name a few, my work in events is diverse. I have both local and international events experience.

Event planning:

Events can be difficult to get right, but what makes the difference is diverse experience, an eye for detail and a good dose of creativity. I can offer you a complete planning service tailored to your specific event and needs, including creating a detailed plan based on your vision, sourcing venues and equipment, liaising with suppliers, budgeting and even marketing if it’s a public event. I can also take care of post-event duties such as sending thank you cards or gathering event data.

Event coordination:

Being a host is hard enough without having to worry about all the logistics of the event. Let me take care of the runnings of the event, while you relax and entertain your guests. Event coordination is especially invaluable for weddings, big birthdays, book launches and other events that demand you at the centre of attention.
