Improve your mountain bike skills and develop more confidence on the bike.

Our Women’s Mountain Bike Skills Course is a specialized mountain bike skills course for women to build confidence, refine skills and meet other women.

This course is suited to you if you are a beginner or intermediate rider and want to learn how to tackle obstacles and ride more smoothly.

Learn to ride the amazing fun trails of the Surf Coast. There are a maximum of 5 participants per instructor on this course.

You’ll have plenty of time for individual instruction and have lots of time to practise in this 4-hour course. In a fun, supportive environment you will learn in a way and at a pace that suits you.
