Yin Yoga Workshop: Spine Goodness in Sydney, 4th November 2017

This class style workshop will work thoroughly on your entire spine to free up any kinks, stuck joints and areas where you may move less into.

The aim is to elongate your spine to ease your entire body, as well as nurturing your nerves and nervous system and the energy lines that flow along your spine.

A happy spine gives a balanced life.

Our spine is amazingly engineered and meant to move and groove as we go through our days.

This 2 hour Yin session will move our spine into your full range of motion, working with the spine’s natural way of moving; flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion to elongate and open any areas that we may neglect as we move through our days, our training sessions and our yoga.

We are freeing up space around the spinal joints and disks to release un-necessary compression that we may have collected along the way of our life.

You will walk out with a sense of lightness in your posture, ease as your natural spinal curves holds you upright and your head held high, neatly and with ease balancing on the top of your spine.

Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to event date is possible subject to a $5 cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is only possible if we can fill your place from a wait-list.
