Zoe’s Fundraising Raceday for Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer in Geelong, 16th July 2017

Experience the country races at the Geelong Racing Club on Sunday the 16th of July where we will be raising awareness and funds for ‘Carrie’s Beanies for Brain Cancer’ in honour of Zoe.

In March this year, 5-year-old local girl Zoe was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM), a very rare and aggressive brain cancer tumour. Zoe has undergone Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy and many surgeries, which no 5 year old should have to endure.

We are hosting Zoe’s Fundraising Raceday to show our support for Zoe and her family, and to raise those much-needed funds for Brain Cancer research. All money raised from the day will be donated in Zoe’s name to Carrie Bickmore’s charity, Beanies 4 Brain Cancer.

The day will include “Zoe’s Party”, an undercover, ticketed event that combines an enclosed kid’s zone with an adult’s race day space with bar, entertainment, live auctions, silent auction and more, not to mention a great day of racing!

If you choose to drive, arrive early and secure one of our many free parking spots. Whichever way you choose to experience racing at Geelong, you’re sure to enjoy a day that’s got it all!

Early Bird General admission is $10 or $15 at the gate, Concession is $10 at the gate, Children 17 years and under FREE.
