Ramadan is the holiest month of the Islamic calendar as the first verses of the Quran were revealed during this month. Ramadan is more than the mere physical act of fasting. During Ramadan, Muslims are to refrain all their senses from unlawful acts, make peace with those that have wronged them, ask for forgiveness, help others, strengthen ties with their families and communities, re-evaluate their lives, and completely commit their body and soul to the holy month.

Fasting during the month of Ramadan is the third pillar of Islam, meaning it is an obligatory practice for all who are able to do it. During this time, Muslims observe the fast by not eating during daylight hours. Every day, breakfast is eaten before sunrise, and the fast is broken at sunset.

Thank you to the following participating clubs:
Arab association, Pakistan society, Muslim society, Muslimah society, Afghanistan society, Bangladesh society, Indonesia society, Turkic society, Omani society & Malaysian society
