Dr Farhat Jehan graduated from Khyber Medical University, Pakistan in 1991 and completed an internship in obstetrics and gynaecology before working as a medical officer in a few private hospitals in Pakistan. She also completed a fellowship in ultrasound and worked as a sonologist in Karachi, Pakistan before relocating to Australia in 2006. In Australia, Farhat has worked in Paediatrics and Emergency department at Sutherland Hospital. She started to work as a general practitioner in 2011 and has been in Caringbah Medical Centre the following years. Faraht has a special interest in the Antenatal care, Chronic Disease Management, Paediatrics, Minor Injuries and Surgery Away from work, she enjoys travelling, reading and watching movies.
