Teaching Yin and Jivamukti Yoga for over 9 years. Cat’s yin classes, emphasis meditation and observation, guiding you to find a inner divinity and sanctuary.

Teaching to various ages in the community from large vinyasa classes, privates to kirtans (sacred chanting) and sound healings has led to creating multi-dimensional healing practices.

Cat is grateful for all her teacher’s teachings as inspired from Jivamukti, Mangrove and Yin Yoga training’s (Sharon Gannon, David Life and Sarah Powers), especially for the teaching that ‘love is the cure to everything’. ?
