Indian Resaurant Manager Required

Weare currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager who can demonstrate excellent leadership and customer service skills

Dutiesand responsibilities The Restaurant Manager is required tocoordinate a variety of activities, as well as maintaining a high standard offood service and health and safety.

Including but not limited to:

Deliver high levels of customerservice

Recruit, train and manage careerdevelopment plans for staff

Manage teams

Planning and coordinating menus

Drive sales and Profitability

Maintain all OHandS operationalrequirements

Manage costs and expenses

Develop a competitive spirit amongststaff

Encourage and develop staff toexceed KPIs

Manage rostering system

Implement marketing activities Skills and experience

We are seeking someone whoisextremely passionate about the hospitality industry and thrives ondelivering a unique experience to our customers.

As well as:

Sound food and beverage knowledge

Great leadership qualities

Strong communication skills

Hold current RSA Knowledge about Modern Indian food
