Nihal is an experienced physiotherapist completing his Bachelors in 2002 and his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2007. Keeping up to date with the latest evidence based research through numerous professional development courses he is passionate about getting to the root of the problem for the most efficient and effective result to your musculoskeletal issues. Using a combination of joint mobilisation, manipulation, dry needling, deep tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, core activation and strengthening, education and individualised exercise prescription he has all the skills to offer short term breakthrough pain treatment and long term prevention strategies.

He treats all musculoskeletal conditions including headaches, acute and chronic neck and lower back pain, sports injuries, sprain and strain injuries, BPPV, whiplash, postural issues, workplace injuries, peripheral joint pain, TMJ Disorders (jaw) and all sports injuries.
