Our Professional Fees are set at a competitive rate of $800+GST. This covers the core legal services we provide during the conveyancing process.

In addition to the Professional Fees, we have Disbursements for specific services:

1. Property Search - $350

   • This fee ensures clarity and avoids surprises in your property transaction.
   • It includes the cost of correctly adjusting outgoings, ensuring there are no outstanding issues, and protecting your investment.

2. Sundry Expense - $150

   • This covers miscellaneous costs associated with providing a comprehensive service.
   • It encompasses administrative and ancillary costs, including research and external consultations.

3. Owners Corp Certificate - $170 (If needed)

   • This is applicable if your property involves common property management.
   • The fee covers aspects like insurance and financial management related to the Owners Corporation.
   • This is charged per certificate when required.

To also enhance our services, we're excited to offer FREE CONTRACT REVIEWS. This means you can receive your contract review within 48 hours for both residential and commercial properties.
