I charge $30 per session but can be negotiated if you’re looking for regular sessions.

My sessions include 20 mins of yoga for healthy being. 20 mins of power yoga to get a good workout and I finish it with 10 mins of meditation to relieve all stress.

First sessions are always basic to understand your body needs and strength for yoga and the suitable meditation. Every meditation is different and effects different people differently, we will work together to find the perfect blend to suit your liking and capacity.

Home is the best place to find your surreal balance and so I conduct session at your willing time and am happy to travel for keen clients :)
