Amit graduated from Imperial College, England 2011 (Medicine), Thames Valley University, England 2006 (Human Sciences) and Newcastle University (Biomed Sciences) in 2000.

He has been practicing as GP since 2013 and attained full registration in 2016. Amit completed his medical training in London and Warwick, where he has been practice in both traditional GP surgery and within the out-of-hours settings. Since the inception of his training, he has also completed courses in minor surgery, joint injections, and Point of Care UltraSound (POCUS), where he is considering to employ into his daily practice to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. He also has a special interest in occupational medicine. Outside of work, Amit enjoys playing sports such as football, badminton and scuba diving.
